Why I Prefer Painball Over Lasertag

Paintball and lasertag are two very similar sports both involve simulations to kill off your opponents, custom bobblehead. Lasertag uses harnesses and lights to register the hits and misses where paintball uses guns to propel paint filled pellets at your opponents,The Great Tony Dorsett - History, custom bobbleheads. Personally I prefer paintball over lasertag. There is an element of realism involved in paintball that is just impossible to replicate with the whirring beeps and lights of lasertag, customized bobbleheads. There is nothing like the sound of pellets flying overhead to get the adrenaline rushing and really pull you into a game of paintball, customized bobbleheads.

The realism of a game of paintball is undeniable. When dealing with paint guns,., you must adjust your aim for the wind, speed, personalized bobbleheads,Schilling Weighing Choices, and distance of your target much as you would need to on an actual battlefield. Because a laser is light based, personalized bobble heads, it may technically be easier to shoot more accurately over impossibly long distances. This accuracy,,, however, just isn t realistic. The drawback is that in order to score a shot in lasertag, you must have a direct line of sight to your opponent s sensor equipment. On the other hand, in paintball there are no sensors involved, so any exposed parts are fair game! You can nail anyone who is at all exposed in paintball so long as you can make the shot.

While newer laser harnesses equip a system to register near misses, it just isn t the same feeling as dodging paintball pellets. There is something about the sound of the pellets whizzing by and kicking up the dirt as they zing past that really gets the adrenaline flowing. When you get hit with a paint pellet, you will feel it! Paint guns pump out bullets at over 250 mph there is nothing quite like the sting of a hit. With lasers its just simply impossible to replicate the sense and feel of actually being under fire. The sting of being hit is completely missing.

Lasertag eliminates the fog of war. Anyone who s ever been on the battlefield knows that once the bullets start flying, confusion ensues. Its difficult to tell friend from foe in the noise, heat, personalized bobblehead, and confusion. That fog is what creates a realistic encounter and makes paintball so exciting. Without it,CompTIA Network Course A+ Exam All-In-One Exam Guide, custom bobblehead, you may as well be sitting at home playing some war game for the XBOX. I ll take the mess and confusion created by a well shot paintball any day over the lack of adrenaline stimulated by laser tag. There simply isn t any comparison to the real thing.

Perhaps I m jaded, but one of the major reasons I enjoy paintball is for the adrenaline rush that it provides. While lasertag may be fun, custom bobblehead, its really not a good comparison to paintball. If I wanted a controlled, clean environment that never takes into account the weather, terrain, and what not, I ll go to an indoor range. Paintball, personalized bobble heads, on the other hand, provides an excellent battlefield simulation that includes everything that makes the environment real. Dealing with the possibility of pain,Classifieds February 5, 2015,personalized bobblehead, the fog of war, customize bobblehead, and the realism of dodging flying pellets kicks the stakes up a notch. Is paintball for everyone? No,personalized bobbleheads, but I ll leave the rest of you to your video games and lasertag and get back to the real battle.
